Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with certificate and packaging intact. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Customised or engraved pieces and items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
